I am showing you a few different moves on carpet. Always make sure the balls of your feet are on the center of the slides.. ( not your whole foot) 1. Mountain Climbers 2. Wide straddles 3. Pike ups The cool thing about these slides is they come with fitness dvds from Chalene Johnson! I push play and she teaches and helps me to transform my body.
