1 Corinthians 3:2 “I have fed you with milk and not with meat; for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able” The carnal person cannot be fed with meat. Every day he or she will drink milk. Every day we have to talk to you about things that bring excitement in the church. We should not talk to you about waiting on God, fasting, anything that is weighty or deep spiritual truths because you’re not able. The carnal person does not progress spiritually, you never grow. Anytime you’re corrected in the church and you freak out or a message is preached that doesn’t help your flesh and you freak out, remember that you’re not able to bear it.
