【2016 DV Program】 The 2016 Diversity Visa Program (#DV2016) opened at noon (EDT) today and will close at noon (EST) on Monday November 3, 2014. If you are interested in green card lottery, please submit entries electronically during the registration period using the electronic DV entry form at dvlottery.state.gove. People, who were born in Japan regardless of the individuals current country of residence or nationality, are eligible to apply. Another requirement includes a high school education OR 2 years of work experience within the past 5 years in an occupation requiring at least 2 years of training or experience to perform.
