24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Issued At: 5:00 a.m., 19 November 2013 Valid Beginning: 5:00 a.m. today until 5:00 a.m. tomorrow Synopsis: Tail-end of a cold front affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Forecast: Bicol region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and the rest of central luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
