After a day of stubborn high blood sugars, I finally got them under control before todays workout. Pre workout bg was 225, post was 111. Hit back hard today with Chucky St.Hilaire. Workout consisted of: Wide Grip Pull-ups Bent over Rows Reverse grip pull downs Dbell Row Low Cable Row Im feeling good about competing in the fall, and the hard work is definitely paying off. I hope everyone is working toward their goals as well!
