Angola is a very wealthy country with a very rapidly growing economy. She has become so wealthy that now the Angolan government sends aid to poorer countries in Africa for development purposes. However, most of the wealth in Angola is owned by a very corrupt black elite. They are not corrupt in the sense that they do whatever white nations say. They are corrupt in a sense that they are a mafia, headed by Dos Santos and they will not hesitate to kill those who threaten their power, no matter what race they are. This is one of the reasons why Mugabe and the Zimbabwean government do not trust Angola and her rise.
