Another day in paradise After a very intensive week end at Wettern Tae Kwon do where me and Jonas was giving a seminar in Jung Ki Kwan Hapkido. And big thanks to Mattias Karlsson for his support and bringing 5 students with him to support this open seminar. I thing every one enjoy the long training day both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00 great work every one. But now back to this day after very little sleep under the week end me and Laban both are very good on talking I think all the people at the seminar needs to rest the ears now. But we even did not stop talking after the seminar and it was long time since we meet last time so there was loads of thing to catch up with. Wake up at 05:15 did not real wanted to go up but I was winning not the pillow but back to bed for 15 min of meditation that did not make it more easy more like ZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz But I drag myself to the gym for breast and shoulder day with my training partner John and we got real good training session today. Stomach and quick shower and of to the home office today And tonight will the all the classes start in over Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido School it will be so nice
