Are. You. Kidding me. I have an allergy which gives me a spontaneous sore throat and headache when Im around the trigger(s). So today, I decided to try essential oils, and just put the Allergy Shot blend on the back of my neck. And then I took a loooooong deep breath and smelled that sweet peppermint, lavender, and lemon. And 20 minutes later I realized- my throat wasnt sore. And my head didnt hurt NEARLY as bad. Yall, Im serious, Im pretty pumped about this! I was tiptoeing into the essential oil thing, but Im now considering more of a cannonball. Jessica Cline Beaver is my fave.
