The best and easiest way for you to open yourselves to this type of contact is to simply live your lives. Now, when we say that, we want you to understand what we mean. We are talking about fully engaging with your lives. We are talking about full participation. And that means following your bliss, feeling your feelings, and communicating with the other humans around you first. We are talking about grabbing ahold of your lives and becoming more deeply entrenched in them. And this means no more numbing of yourselves, no more escaping. This means diving deeper into that which is showing itself to you.
