Because I was not taking my son to chemotherapy, the Child Protective Services judge said my mental stability has been called into question, and ordered me to see a psychologist. The psychologist office wanted me to sign a form that I agree that the doctor patient confidentiality does not apply if the court orders the records, and wanted me to sign that I agree the psychologist office can hand all my records over to the court. If Child Protective Services does not have enough evidence against you, they order you to go to psychological evaluation so they can build a case against you based on your own words. I was so angered by being required to sign a form saying I agree to something I dont agree to, I refused to sign the psychologists form. The psychologist was not willing to talk to me if I did not sign the form. We should have a right to not be a witness against ourselves. But since the judge ordered me to go to psychological evaluation, if I do not go, I fear the judge will put me in jail. If I go to jail, I wont be able to pay rent, and could loose all my things. Amerika is not free.
