Alden is our shy boy, he was so scared, cowered in the back of his pen. After being coaxed out of his pen, and taken outside, he relaxed a little, and the tail even wagged a few times! Alden is just bewildered, not sure why he is in a pen, and at this unfamiliar place. He is very handsome, young, and hes trying so hard to trust us. Take a seat and wait a few minutes, and Alden will slowly make his way over to you, and even take a few treats. After going outside a few times, he was brave enough to stay in the front of his pen, laying on his bed, no more hiding in the back! If not claimed by his owner, Alden will need your help in finding a new home and family. So please stop in and see if Alden is the type of dog you could love. Calm and quiet, thats Alden. $86.00 fee includes OH license, DA2PP, Bordetella vaccine, Hw testing, Worming and spay/neuter. Flea treatment will be provided if fleas are noticed. All dogs will be spayed/neutered before leaving the pound unless other arrangements are made to have your dog fixed elsewhere and approved by the warden. Microchipping is available for an additional $ 20.00 and an e-collar may be purchased for $ 10.00. Because most of our dogs were picked up as strays, we have no knowledge of any behavior or health issues. Stray dogs are held for 72 hours before being placed for adoption. We welcome and encourage the crossposting of our dogs pictures to increase adoptions.
