Cognizant is hiring Oracle EBS Techno - Functional (All Levels) for Full Time position in CA Job Description: This key business role is charted to aggregate business demand for projects around Oracle (EBS) modules, analyze the overall business value, ROI, risks and costs and recommend what needs to be completed as part of the EBS roadmap. This individual will need strong expertise in our core Quote to Order and Order to Cash business functions and models. This individual must be able to represent and speak to key business leaders and stakeholders to ensure we are delivering strategic value across our overall road-map. In addition, this key player must be able to drive the overall analyst, planning and executing on key initiatives. • Oversee business aspects of project by providing senior guidance in the constructing of project teams, charters, project plans, resourcing, contingencies, success metrics and ROI measurements. • Influence transformation strategies improvement roadmaps with business executives. • Drive definition of business solution concepts in partnership with IT and business constituents. • Work cross-functionality to establish and manage appropriate team structure for successful delivery across renewals and other impacted organizations; Manage resource and budgeting processes on business side. • Manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles. • 7+ years project related work experience. • 5+ years’ experience leading major Programs/Projects in a complex, global corporate setting. • 3+ years’ experience in a complex, global Support Renewals organization. • Project Management certification or equivalent; Process Excellence training (preferred). • Demonstrate good broad working knowledge of support organizations and culture.
