Day 6 #BalanceBasics is Utkatasana. To really work the inner space of the posture find your hip joint and initial the bend down from deep within the hips. Squeeze the knees towards eachother while pressing through the heels. Then lift the torso up and away from that downward pull. The traditional lift up after Utkatasana is harder than a handstand press because the arms are bent and the hips say lower. Its not fancy looking like a handstand press, but this deceptively difficult movement will almost certainly teach you how to jump back from seated so work on it diligently.
