Dear, This is regarding the Force One SUV Number – HR 51 AH 3666. The day I bought the vehicle I think I rented the mental tension from Your Company. As told this vehicle comes with 2100 CC engine but it was hidden that it also comes with 2100 problems a day with vehicle. I bought the first car in Delhi to make myself proud & to make my family happy as your brand ambassador, Mr. Amitabh Bacchan proudly tells everyone that “INDIA MEIN SIRF FORCE CHALTA HAI, BE THE FORCE” but it is actually ruining my happiness & wasted my money & your company put all force in my ass to make me the most unhappy person. Day first I bought the car & took it on the road & it hardly run 15 Km & start feeling Garage sleekness where it starts missing all the mechanics and your showroom so it stopped on half way & at last we have to tow it back to garage to make it happy. So after 15 days I got it back from garage & felt that this time I will take it to long way to make it comfortable with me & my family but I think it got jealous from my family and hardly after 1000 Km run (at Dhaula Kuan complaint book) its FAN BELT got break and we have to complaint to change it. After few days of this incident I was so happy that I took it to Rajasthan at my village & on the way back to Delhi we met with an accident near Jaipur due to no service center of your company in that area we have to tow it back to Delhi and has to put it into the garage but this was your very special brand, of which you guys don’t have the parts available with your Delhi, Tempo Automobile Shivaji Marg, service center & I don’t know why Your service centre guys love my SUV so much that they kept it again for repairing & return it back to me after a year. There are few things which keep on make notice to service center from my side first The AC was not working (you can check every service bill). For which I had to pay 21000/- Rs at last, as service people said its out of warranty now so you have to pay so I said “OK” but even then after servicing the AC was not working fine so I complaint them again & I took the lovely car out of her in-law’s home(that’s my home) to its mama’s home (service centre) and where they examined it again nicely & said you have to pay again to make it repair as there was some part missing from it & for that they keep on asking for time and as time passed & due to long time period they were asking for money, I don’t know what they liked it of my car may be the silencer’s hole or the steering rode. Secondly the car’s battery was burst with in 5000Kms run & again I have to put the car back to garage. Hose Pipe, car’s light problem, gate lock problem, water leakage from roof of car was very usual problem which I faced day to day daily basis & due to which my car’s warranty period spent in its mama’s home(hope you clear this time, where its mama’s home). Now from last few weeks its already there (this time you right where it will be) & there is one lover of silencer’s hole Mr.Sanjay Patniker who, from last 3 months keeps on telling me that he is arranging the things & sent the approval to repair it & at last he stops receiving the calls & some assistant of him answering the calls who keeps on abuse him and said his name is not firodia & actually its FRAUDIA & also said that the chairman & MD are frauds and because of them guys like him in company has to listen abuses & complaints from customers & he also asked for the job to us at half salary. Now as a customer I need suggestion from you guys that should I pay for it again and if I pay then will there be any guarantee that it will work properly. And if you suggest not to pay then what should I do…. Should I take the car back call the media & file the report in consumer court & burn the car in front of media at your service centre’s gate or if you suggest should I burn it in front of Chairman’s home, as this car has no value left and no single person will try to BE THE FORCE from next time. I sincerely need the valuable feedback from your side as I am a service class guy who earned the money to make my family happy by buying this car not to take the tensions. I need you guys to resolve the problems with my car as I finally want it back it in my home & not to keep it in MAMA’s home or change this car with your another model. Need your reply positively.
