Do you still remember the school in 3 Idiots? Druk White Lotus School is probably the only Green School in the Himalayas. 2 new classrooms have just been completed and dining hall is under construction. His Eminence Kyabje Thuksey Rinpoche is actually looking after the school ever since he assumed the role of the schools chairperson. He visits the school daily at 6am, to check on the breakfasts and the children, continues the day hopping into different classrooms, and ends his day having meetings with staff and faculty members. Every evening, His Eminence even spares time to give tuition to the children staying at the school.
