For Album Track Wednesday, heres the uproariously kick-ass opening track from Badfingers Wish You Were Here, released 40 years ago this month ... only to be pulled from the racks seven weeks later by Warner Brothers over a dispute about advances paid to the band. Im proud to say that I was one of those smart/lucky enough to buy the LP before it was pulled. And yes, I still have it. This is just one of many, many great songs by a star-crossed band.
