Friday Special Beloved in Christ, we are going to confess the word of God into our spirit and pray. Today I want us to look as something briefly called “ The Spirit Dominated life ”. I believe that the Spirit dominated life is the only life worth living. The spirit dominated life is the same as Christ dominated life. No self-dominated life, government dominated life, or man dominated life has any real value before the Lord. You may let your friends, family, education, spouse etc. dominate you; even to the point of allowing a great religious plan or your love for doctrine rule over your life, but that will not mean anything beneficial to the world. It is only the Spirit (Christ) dominated life, the life in which Christ sits on the throne that counts. Remember our theme scripture for the year? (Zechariah 4:6)” Then he said to me …Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts” (1 Samuel 2:9 “He will guard the feet of his faithful ones, but the wicked shall be cut off in darkness, for not by might shall a man prevail”. These scriptures makes it clear that for us to be able, to impact this world that we are living in, we need the Spirit filled dominated life. When we catch this revelation we can boldly proclaim and say as the apostle Paul said in (Philippians4:13)” I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” or “The prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles” (Ephesians 3:1). It takes a man who has allowed the Lordship of Christ to say or make such a statement. Pray this Prayer: “Heavenly father I thank you and bless your name for counting me worthy among the living. Father, I’m sorry for each area of my life where you’ve not been allowed to have lordship over. I pray thee master, that from this very hour, I give you the Lordship and dominion over this life of mine. From now on, and until I finish my course, you are my Lord and MASTER This I pray in Jesus’ name, amen”. Have a wonderful spirit-filled weekend.
