GOA CRIME SCENE For the day as on 20.03.2014 Pertaining to the cases registered at below mentioned Police Stations/Units are as under. NORTH GOA DISTRICT PANAJI PS: Shri Ramnivas s/o Lahri Singh r/o Gaulem Bhat-Chimbel complained that on 20.03.2014 between13.00 hrs. to 14.00 hrs, accused namely Scott Mendonca r/o Chichonem-Margao and two others with their common intention assaulted him with fist blow & further abducted him from his residence by putting him in his Ford Icon car no. GA-08-A-6808 and took him an isolated place by the road side near Merces ground and assaulted him with chopper and demanded cash of Rs.70,000/- & further forcibly took him at ATM in Panaji to withdraw the money and when he was unable to provide money, the accused fled away with his Ford Icon Car W/rs.90,000/-. O. 2) Uncle of minor victim girl complained that on 11.03.2014 at around 11.30 hrs some unknown accused person kidnapped his minor niece age 17 yrs from his lawful guardianship when she left to get eatables from nearest shop. OLD GOA PS: On 20.03.2014, one male person namely Antonio Gabriel Fernandes r/o Mudder-Chorao was found lying dead by side of road at Mudder-Chorao. Dead body preserved at GMC Morgue, Bambolim for PME. U.D.No.21/14 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. is registered. PSI- Sagun Sawant is I. O. AGACAIM PS: On 20.03.2014, dead body of one male person namely Abdul Rehaman Sab Ali age 57 yrs r/o Sonarbhat-Verem was found lying at GMC bus Stop-Bambolim. Dead body preserved at GMC morgue Bambolim for PME. U.D.No.12/14 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. is registered. PSI- S. Shaikh is I. O. PERNEM PS: Shri Peter Fernandes r/o Arambol-Pernem complained that on 19.03.2014 at around 23.30 hrs, at Joes Guest House-Arambol, accused 1) Chandru Kadaye & 2) Ramchandra Pichay both n/o Tamil Nadu effected entry into his guest house by breaking lock of main door and attempted to commit theft. Both accused arrested. Cr.No.55/14 u/s 457, 380, 511 r/w 34 IPC is registered. PSI Uday Gaude is I. O. 2) Shri Veliantsina Oley Valker r/o Arambol-Pernem complained that on 19.03.2014 between 08.00 hrs to 23.20 hrs, accused person/s 1) Chandru Kadaye 2) Ramchandra Pichay & 3) Nassir all n/o Tamil Nadu effected entry into his rented room by breaking lock of side door and committed theft of 01 Toshiba laptop, 01 notebook of Dell vista, 01 Camera, 01 mobile phone, 01 CD player & cash 100 dollar all W/rs.45,000/-. PONDA PS: On 20.03.2014, dead body of one unknown male person, age about 40-45 yrs was found lying by side of road behind Udupi Hotel, old bus stand-Ponda. Dead body preserved at Sub District Hospital-Ponda. U.D.No.26/14 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. is registered. PSI- S. Gawas is I. O. CALANGUTE PS: Shri Beelen Alain Belgian national complained that on 03.03.2014 between14.12 hrs to 14.16 hrs at Calangute, accused person Beelan Lalnithangi Ralti n/o Arunachal Pradesh committed theft of his visa credit card and withdrew cash Rs.10,000/- from the ATM. Cr.No.79/14 u/s 380 IPC is registered. PSI Nitin Halankar is I. O. SOUTH GOA DISTRICT MAINA CURTORIM PS: Shri Corcio s/o Maltinho Antao r/o Chandor complained that on 20.03.2014 between 09.40 hrs to 15.30 hrs, unknown culprit/s effected entry into his residential house by breaking main door locked and committed theft of cash Rs.4,000/- and 100 dollar from his bedroom. Cr.No.56/14 u/s 454,380 IPC is registered. PSI Pradeep Velip is I. O. QUEPEM PS: Shri Carmu Fernandes r/o Sheldem-Quepem complained that on 20.03.2014 at 16.30 hrs, unknown culprit/s effected entry into his residential house by breaking main door locks and committed theft of 03 wrist watches W/rs.15,000/-, from the cupboard. Cr.No.19/14 u/s 454,380 IPC is registered. ASI C.I. Rane is I. O. 2) Shri Domingoes s/o Matine Fernandes r/o Assolda-Quepem complained that on 20.03.2014 at 16.40 hrs, some unknown culprit/s effected entry into his residential house by breaking main door locks and committed theft of cash & gold ornaments all W/rs.1,50,000/- from the cupboard.
