Hello all of my friends and family of Facebook! I would like to announce that out of thousands of students worldwide I have been accepted into the GIVE program. With this being said, I will be spending two weeks in May of 2015 in Nicaragua volunteering! Volunteers such as myself will come from all over the world, and build eco-friendly educational infrastructures out of recycled materials, teach and tutor children, implement water projects to provide clean water, and assist in environmental construction projects. I am hopeful that you will all keep up to date with my fundraising and journey through these upcoming months. I am forever grateful that I have this opportunity to travel across the country and help GIVE. This will truly be a life changing experience, and I cannot thank my parents enough for allowing me to partake in such a wonderful program!
