In my first YA series, The Transcend Time Saga, Lizzie has been reincarnated from Regency Era, England, but doesn’t realize it until she meets her soul mate from the past and he triggers her memories to gradually return. Later in the series, they travel back in time to their previous lives to fix something that went wrong in the past. (I love time travel!) This love for time travel is what led me to pick up My Super Sweet Sixteenth Century. There are so many reasons why the My Super Sweet Sixteenth Century trilogy is AWESOME, but personally, I love how Cat traveled back in time to Renaissance, Italy and learned from her time spent there about opening up, letting people into her life, and appreciating her 21st century freedoms. I just LOVE how she uses what she’s learned about herself in the past and applies it to her present in My Not So Super Sweet Life (you’ll see once you read the book!)
