I am frustrated but I will try again. I wrote a heart felt diatribe and lost it when my signal went where it goes. Lol. I am frustrated yet not discouraged. I am gonna state my bid.. A few years ago I got up early and turned on the tele. I find some good what I call We are only gonna air this once, stuff like that. A VCR was connected to both of my TVs. I did not engage the damn record button. Always saving the cartridge for something else. Anyway. There on CSPAN were four Black Historian s telling me about states existing, still in 2000, that ratifies the Negro vote every seven or so years. Not the law. We visted and ratified. I want to discuss this on our next post. Just mentioned it so as not to forget.
