I dont normally post very personal things on Facebook. However, I feel that I need to share with everyone at Make Fit Happen that my father in law passed away this morning. It has been a very difficult few months for our family. But I want you all to know how much I have appreciated every smile, kind word, text, phone call, private message and happy voices I hear every time I enter the gym. You all have been the best therapy I couldve asked for. Anissa Jo Frye, I want to thank you especially for being there whenever Ive needed you. My mind is at ease knowing that I dont have to worry about my classes or clients. All classes will be held as usual except for the noon class on Friday will be cancelled. Some of my trainings will also be cancelled, but Ill let each of you know individually as I need to make changes. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers :) Love you all!
