I got a few messages about Core workouts and Ab routines after putting mine on display this morning. LOL. Check this Lower Body move out that I learned when getting PiYo certified. Its called the Bowler Crunch. Its a great little move that not only works your lower half but also your abdominals! Im not a huge get on the floor and start crunching person. I much rather focus on Core routines that I can tuck and tighten my abdominals through and not deal with traditional crunches. This does just that! Enjoy your PiYo Move of the Day!! ** Dont forget...
