(I post these to help provide motivation for others who are going through their own weight loss journey) Client Check In Testimonial: This week I was late getting started on my workouts and cardio (started it up on Wednesday instead of Monday) but I still got all weight training days in and cardio done. I felt a little stronger this week in my weight training, so Ive increased my weights up a little bit (5-10lbs) on each exercise. I also FINALLY bought some weightlifting shoes while I was on vacation for my squats and deadlifts and oh my goodness what a difference! Much more comfortable and can definitely feel the stability versus my running shoes and general gym workout shoes. My hunger still lingers here and there but Im feeling that Im becoming a lot stronger mentally with handling it and at times with my hunger I can feel a little less energized and more tired. I try to either stay as busy as I possibly can (mainly just trying to keep my mind occupied and focused on other things) or Ill try and get some extra sleep in during my day knowing that its just a hungry feeling and that itll eventually pass. I can feel and see a lot more of the difference in my body these days. I can just feel how much smaller I am compared to when I started a few months ago especially when I pull out clothes that I havent tried back on in a while and they fit or are a little too big! At times I can start to see the TINIEST and SLIGHTEST definition trying to come through which even though its very small, it is still motivating. Im happy to have accomplished another week with my food and training and am beyond ready to take on this new and fresh week to again work hard with sticking to my program and becoming better!
