I understand the goal of this site is to ultimately pair persons for becoming a donor and creating awareness for others who may be teeter tottering for further information about the possibility at becoming a donor. I think it is so important too to promote the healthy living behaviours on the donor side also. Since I was accepted to this group I have come to the realization that even though we may be strangers essentially have somehow been brought to the same place same time to support each other. Its a tough gig out there, really tough sometimes, so all the caring and support that can be given is so beneficial to all of us. I am new to a lot of this my self and am learning so much. One site I thought was worth sharing is davita I am sure lots of you already reference this site (so I probably look silly mentioning it :( ) for those who dont there are some tips, recipes and such with phosphorus and potassium calculated into the nutritional information. I dont know if any others in the group can share some other resources that they have had success with? It would be much much appreciated :)
