INSPIRATIONAL STORY ’NECESSITY is the mother of INVENTION”….. It was the story of a 22 year young Japanese youth SOICHIRO HONDA who was searching a job after completing his Degree in Automobile Engineering. But was rejected in interviews by recruiters. One of such recruiter was TOYOTA MOTORS. After few month he managed a job as a Motor Mechanic. But the salary was not enough for his Livelihood. In 1928 he started his own business Shop of Motor Parts with small investment. But due to lack of Capital Money his Business was not grown up. Now he had only one option left for his Livelihood. He began to manufacture small components of Motor Parts and supplied to big Car manufactures like TOYOTA. Then he started to manufacture own Scooters and Bikes at home. Hs business was grown up. Thus in 1948 he organized HONDA MOTOR CORPORATION and also started to manufacture Private Cars. Surprisingly in 1960 HONDA crossed TOYOTA(who rejected him in interview) in Automobile Market of Japan. During 1990 HONDA’s market Share was higher then TOYOTA in USA. HONDA’s iconic rise up from a unemployed situation was not less then a Miracle…… “Why should we wait for others help to get a Chance? Probably we are better then Others from whom we expect a chance.”
