Im always hearing women complain about their bodies... Even to the point where its hard for us guys to be confident in yalls bodies... But we try to be supportive as we can. . . All I can say is: the most important exercises are CORE exercises, WAIST training, and SQUATS... But if youre NOT consistent then dont be upset when youre lacking results (life in general is the same way)... Dont miss it like youre not missing paying rent or a mortgage... Youll get it in time... #RomeWasntBuiltInADay
