In his letter he thanked the president for having appointed him to serve but added that he is still ready to serve Uganda in any other capacity. Afterall , NRM has the numbers and the search for the bearer of that office is on. Museveni needs a loyal cadre there to handle many things(Control the Judiciary) He signed the Kyankwanzi resolution and even later stated that I will not contest if president Museveni is interested. Mr Museveni has many times defended him saying he is a loyal NRM cadre. The opposition could be playing into the hands of the current political games thinking Amama is the man...Time for Electoral reforms is passing, we are only left with 3 months if thise reforms are to make sense for 2016-The opposition is being diverted from this agenda? Remember the Prime Minister has been chairing the Cabinet sub commitee to handle the reforms and has left without tabling them in parliament. I have so many questions! Am about to get a bad headache! Who else does?
