Is closing My Eyes and Saying Good Night and Sleep Well, FB.. As Many who know me offline know my love for the ocean waters, Im turning TV off, shutting down computer applications except for this, putting my blind fold over my eyes and BREATHING DEEP as I go to sleep.. Smiling as I remember my experiences at night alone with random spontaneous trips to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and feeling the waves crashing beneath my feet on the piers in the Full Moon.. Smiling as I remember Half Moon Bay, California.. Smiling as I remember the secret spot that Augie introduced me too and FOREVER MY FAVORITE SPOT thats Literally in the Middle of the Oceans in San Francisco that no one else really knows about and I literally fall into the waters with no fear and let the waves take me away as I look up at the beautiful skies and smell the air and see the moon and just let go.. I love the sounds and visualization of the Beautiful Ocean Waters.. And I smile for reasons.. I smile as I remember the times Daddy took me to Alameda Beach and Santa Cruz the same and wed walk in the sand and talk and get our feet wet and he even brought a friend who had a son my age maaaaany years ago... I smile as I put myself into a peaceful place.. I smile as I breathe deep and exhale all of my frustrations, the tension (even small stuff) and let go and just remember... I smile for other experiences Ive had on beaches and its just something about the beautiful waters that cleanses me... I have a very Full Throttle Day again Tomorrow and the week is almost done.. I have plans with blessings for a few folks and going to pamper myself for a round but in the meantime, even for what ever is to come.. I choose this time to breathe, tune everything else out and put my thoughts, my spirit, my core into a safe and happy place as I relax... Dont mind me..
