Is this what the Mississippi Repulican Party stands for now? It is a sign of integrity when a leader realizes that he is not capable of leading that he retire. I believe the plan is for Thad to retire after the election, so the established Republican party can appoint a successor who will follow the party line... which long ago left the people of this state and others. We the people are supposed to be able to elect our representatives on Capital Hill. Do they think they know what is best for the serfs??? I cannot believe the audacity of Cochran supporters claiming they could not have won with out the Democrats (code word for Blacks) who were misled AKA lied to.
