Its great to see that so many more parents are choosing minimalist footwear for their kids this year than ever before. Word seems to getting round and people are catching on as to how important it is, especially in young, growing feet to keep them free. It has been slightly heartbreaking over the years, when dropping my kids off on the first day of school to see, little ones in big heels, bulky, over cushioned and over structured shoes running to class and at the playground limited in their ability to sense the ground. Good parents with good intentions that have sadly been ill advised when selecting school shoes.
