Ive had so many dudes try to rob me over the years I cant try to count. I grew to a point where I didnt slip but I didnt blame them either. I know the feeling of your stomach being emtpier than a gas tank when the gaslight comes on. Who wants to be poor all their life? I didnt make a better choice when I was in the streets, I just made a different one. I remember when I bought my first 7 grams, I left like all I needed was to make my way up to 28 grams and I was around 13 years old. Then I got my first quarter and I felt like all I needed was a pound, then I started buying 5 pounds at a time and thought all I needed was to start getting a 10 pack. Nothing was enough and it never will be. When I gave up and let God have His way, I never felt empty again. Im saying this because I watched a lot of friends die or get years trying to just get to that next level. Thats the trick of the devil, there is no next level. All it is your soul getting taken and you getting more & more caught up. The robbers werent the ones I shouldve been watching out for because what they were robbing for could be replace, but what the devil is stealing from you is irreplaceable! Take a step backwards and really looking at what youre doing. Its a new year, dont make the same mistakes because the next new year isnt promised.... all you have is right now.
