Jesus is a person and He relates to us in a very personal way. He never sees nor relate to us in a group context. He knows and loves us as individuals. We should therefore also not relate, connect or approach him by the name of our churches or our labels. Israel Houghton so beautifully illustrates this truth with these lyrics He knows my name He knows me when I call, He sees each tear and he hears me when I call. He will never confuse us with somebody else. We are the apple of His eye. We are never out of His sight so we can rest assured that we are never out of His mind. Perhaps you felt that you dont matter to Him or that He doesnt care because there so many people. Its not true He knows about you and He LOVES you. You matter you were born by His will and He will be there for you when you permit Him to embrace you with His inexhaustable love. Have a blessed day.
