Joel is getting settled nicely at Clarkson. It was a long emotional day and great to see where he will be living. There were a lot or nice people on his floor and his RA seems great. We wished we could have met his roommate, but he was not there yet. They have a lot in common (like having diabetes!) and seem to be doing well so far. It was nice to be able to hear from him by text on the long drive home. We will miss him a lot. As soon as we got home, Casey and I both headed straight to his room...me to clean it and Casey to check out the sneakers he left behind!
