The baby boy was taken to a local hospital in good condition, thirsty and possibly dehydrated, but stable according to Police as reported by ABC7. The child’s father, on the other hand, was arrested and charged with child endangerment. Meanwhile, due to the Good Samaritan Law which protect people who help in emergency situations, Radtke will not be charged. Reacting on her bravery she said, “I felt like it was worth the risk.” The boy was placed in child protective services.
