Life is full of second chances and opportunities for change. The problem is when we get them the first thing we want to do is fall back in to the same rut or continue with the same old habits that gave us cause to want to change in the first place. The secret to long term change is in the short term not looking further than a day at a time. The Horizon will not change on you. Find a good pace before you start looking beyond what you can travel in a day, and give words of encouragement to others you may pass along the way.
