Lord have mercy...Diablo D_Lamont D Lamont Davis finally caught up with me and he wasnt in the mood for my foolishiness. Luckily I wasnt out of shape and i could keep up! I could see where i have been bojingling when i was training on my own...(damn moutain climbers) but compared to my counterpart...i still had the speed from when i played football when we did suicides....IS THE SHOES?....Dont know but i felt good in my new kicks....LOL! This dude made me step my game up with using a 20lb weight for tricep extention for 2 sets of 1min(weak area, but i survied), Then he tested my balance by having me do squats on a half ball...(not my favorit, but i did it) Overall i feel good and i look forward to seeing him wednesday....But it sure would be nice to have more people to take the heat off of me....lol
