MJ STOCK CHAT...INVEST AT YOURE OWN RISK!!! 8/05/2014 Okay, So I am the king of edit, everyone here knows that. I dont edit too change the subject matter, I edit to fix punctuation, grammar & redundancy, etc, etc, etc ... So forgive me, this is a rough draft...BTW my editing skills are basic at that.. My writing skills are far from excellent... HUSA 8/05/2014 AM PR release - I havent seen a PR from them in over a year... My longest term holding... Was hoping for good things from them... Was looking forward to the long term capitol gain tax break... Then this happens - The SEC alleges the company and CEO John Terwilliger misled investors by wildly exaggerating the extent and nature of their oil and gas holdings. HUSA trades on the NYSE Amex., not the OTC market place... I have said plenty of times to many investors, new and experienced That any and all stocks on any exchange can be fraudulent, even if they claim to have revenue, audits and filings with the SEC. Audits are falsified all the time on both the big boards as well as the small boards (OTC)... Companies will go to great lengths to defraud investors, because the payout can be huge... I just posted this on Stock callers wall over the weekend, talking about FITX... I have seen companies that trade on the OTC that spend 10s of millions of dollars to build buildings or acquire asset so they have tangible assets investors can visually look at and touch with their own hands. This type of scam is very successful, as it helps to build confidence in the shareholder minds. Its a simple tool to fool investors. Many Investors typically say, well why would they spend millions if it were a scam? Well, because if they spend 10s of million on a scam they could make 100s of millions themselves, so 10 million dollars is really is CHUMP CHANGE to these scammers. Just, because a company claims to have revenue and been audited, does not mean they have Revenue. Auditors are bought off all the time... This type of scam is so prevalent on the OTC.. I believe a minimum of 95% of all OTC stocks are defrauding investors in some shape or form... Revenue & Audits are truly meaningless on the OTC and even on the NYSE. HUSA is traded on the NYSE Amex. Many investors in FITX do not believe a company that spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on a building could be a fraud... Many of them said why would you spend money to build a warehouse, if you never intend to do anything with it, it doesnt make any sense I tried to tell them it makes perfect sense, plenty of fraudulent companies have spent 100s of millions of dollars to mislead investors, because if the scam goes right, the owners stand to make 100s of millions or billions of dollars...Spending millions is nothing, (again CHUMP CHANGE)... Its a means to give big and small investors a tangible product, assets or a visible service they can touch, see and feel which helps to increase investors confidence, which in return builds share price value... Once the stock price rises the owners and large investors cash out and leave the country with millions or billions of dollars...So in short, a company can show they are reporting audits of assets and revenue, when in reality they have no revenue at all... I know of several companies that spent 100s of millions to commit this type of scam on investor. Example: ENRON - they spent millions of there own money and investors money to build what people though was a huge empire, end up being a HUGE FRAUD on investors... And the perpetrators of the scam made BILLIONS.... So yes, just because a company has a product or service already developed, does not mean the company is a legitimate company... I went on to tell stock caller and his friends that Bill of FITX fits the criteria for this type of scam, as do 95% of all OTC traded companies... Bill of FITX tho fits the criteria far more than any company I know, not saying he and his company is a fraud because it could be legitimate... I give FITX about a 5% chance of being a legitimate company IMO (in my opinion)...! The criteria for a scam I will discuss at a later time as this comment is taking way to long and my investment is tanking as we speak, havent looked at it since :40 am when it was down 50%. I expect after Im done posting this it will probably be down 90%... Have not looked... This comment alone has probably cost me a few thousand dollars as my dumb as is sit here explaining this to rookie investors... lol Later I will explain why 95% of all over the counter stocks are ought right frauds. Yes, 95% is no exaggeration... I will explain why the 3% are 100% legitimate companies and easy to find (like taking a highlighter marker to a sentence or phrase in a book, they are plain as day) the other 2% that are legitimate are like trying to find a needle in a very large hay stack, no one ever finds the these companies ... NEVER... !!!You only stubble on these companies by luck... With all that said regarding 95% of these companies being scams, that does not mean you cant make money on them. As some of my largest stock investments have returned me a great deal of money and they were all SCAMS... In the ENRON scam some made millions of dollars, these are the investors that sold before, the scam was exposed once it was exposed the remaining investors lost billions #BagHolders .... ALL OF THE ABOVE COMPANIES AND ALL STATEMENTS HERE ARE MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION. ANY STOCK DISCUSSED HERE ON MY FACEBOOK WALL IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION TOO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITIES. EVERYTHING HERE IS SPECULATION OR AN OPINION. INVEST AT YOURE OWN RISK... THE STOCK MARKET IS A RISKY PLACE AND IS EASY FOR INEXPERIENCED AND EXPERIENCED INVESTORS TO LOSE EVERYTHING... NEVER PUT ALL YOURE MONEY IN ONE STOCK UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOSE EVERYTHING... 90% OF ALL INVESTORS NEVER MAKE MONEY OVER THE LONG RUN. YOU NEED TO LEARN SOME BASIC RULES THAT WILL KEEP YOU IN THE GAME FOR MANY YEARS TO COME...MOST INVESTORS NEVER MAKE IT PAST THE FIRST YEAR... Now Im done for now and going to see how many thousands of dollars this comment has cost me... lol #HusaCollapse.....the ENRON scam. The short version: youtube/watch?v=Mi2O1bH8pvw
