MONDAY NIGHT BOOTCAMP 6PM @ BURLEIGH with miss Karlie.. Heres what you can expect..e along and try it out!! (exercises can been veiwed on instagram) a1) Toes to bar (advanced) x15 Knees to chest (intermediate) a2) Chin ups 10 Chin ups (band assisted) 10 a3) Reverse woodchop 10 (each side) a4) Bent Over DB row 15 a5) Rope slams 20 a6) Wall ball throw 15 a7) Dips 15 a8) Burpees 15 *Every minute on the minute for 4 rounds. Total time = 32 minutes NB: the faster you get through each exercise the longer your recovery time. Dont rush them though as your technique will suffer. Just get them done!
