Matt Towe signs on at Braehead... . Braehead Clan are delighted to announce the signing of Sheffield born forward Matt Towe, still only 25 years old Towe has over 200 EIHL appearances behind him and he will add great depth and experience to the Clan roster. Head coach Ryan Finnerty had this to say about the signing “Matt is a player I know really well, I know what he will bring to the team and he is an excellent acquisition for us” Matt said “ I know all about Braehead and the coach and I am excited to be joining the Clan at a time when we are going to be pushing for silverware, this is going to be a big season for everyone at the club and I can’t wait to get started. Towe is the second signing for the Clan in a busy week following the announcement of netminder Kyle Jones.
