Mmmmm....Dark chocolate --is it really good for you?? Yes! but not milk chocolate -- The fact is....Dark Chocolate is a potent antioxidant! Antioxidants gobble up free radicals, destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease, cancer and other ailments. So why not milk chocolate?
