NOT EVEN AN EFFORT TO BE DISCRETE... Once again, Obama shows not only a lack of respect for U.S. law, but utter defiance of it. Ordinarily, I’d be happy to hear an American is home and out of captivity, however I can’t say the same here. It is nothing personal against Sgt. Bergdahl, although it WILL be personal if no investigation is launched into his vacating his post while in Afghanistan. Why THIS soldier? Why was HE worth it and not the FOUR in Benghazi? Why was THIS soldier worth BREAKING the law requiring 30 days notice to Congress? Obama is once again guilty of TREASON. He has violated the Federal Statute giving “criminal assistance to a terrorist organization.” As many of us know, such violations are nothing new to Obama. “Assistance” includes returning terrorist assets to their organizations to do battle against the United States. These days, we’ve arrested men and women for MUCH smaller violations, let alone returning the “Starting 5” for the Taliban to the battlefield. We’ve arrested people for as little PRETENDING to work with terrorist organizations. It matters not if they are ACTUALLY working with terrorists. The mere subjective BELIEF one is helping the enemy, along with the INTENT to do so, has until now, been enough to send people to prison. Some will claim the President had no “Intent” to aid the Taliban, but rather claim that by sending the Taliban’s “Starting 5” back to the battlefield, he was merely acting with the “Intent” to rescue Sgt. Bergdahl. To any sane person, Obamas “Intent” could not be seen by anyone other than a liberal boob to be an “Intent” to aid the enemy. In the event there is any question as to the President’s “Intent,” look no further than his arming Al-Qaeda on previous occasions. Article III the Constitution states: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” Let me see If I can dumb this down enough for a liberal: Q: Who is Al-Qaeda?
