Not the best quality video sorry but something you can try at home. Sorry about the late challenges today - but maybe you can use them to get ready for tomorrow. Today we are back on green. So avocado on whole meal or seeded bread or poached egg with spinach (squeeze well!!) for breakfast. Green beans, tomatoes, smoked salmon and sesame seeds or broccoli and Stilton soup for lunch. Thai green curry with brown basmati rice or chicken breast Mexican meal with retried kidney beans lettuce and sliced peppers. Snacks are green apples and pudding is gooseberry fool or Greek yogurt with green grapes and some pea can nuts x
