Oh sorry peeps mustv left my brain inda land of nod watevr u do make sure u stretch out properly so wen u go out runnin stand up straight and stretch over ur body and try and touch ur feet only do it to the point of tension its the same idea as a jack knife but its up right and try and avoid the temptation to bend ur knees cos its cheating and u wnt benefit frm it and also joint movement cos if u have a great workout and then suddenly ur joint hurt ur self asteem will go rite out the window the points that will need most attention r shoulders hip knees and ankles so wid shoulder move ur arms round in a swinging motion but dnt swing others wise all ur doing is trying to fly its the same movement as olympic swimmers do wen they look like they r flying in water do nice steady slow swings five forward five back for ur hip do wat is known as the pregnant woman excerise stand up straight and gently with control and slow swing ur hip round use as much rand as u can without bending ur back and then for. Ur knees put ur legs together and do the same movement with ur knees but bend ur knees a little but not too much this will also do the ankles but mostly for the ankles try doing tip toes jus five will do to strenghten the joint and try and flexes so put ur lag across ur knee and rotate it one way then the other just fiv each way only do weight running when normal running gets too easy remeber this is a progressive stage it also bulks up ur legs so its perfect if u find lag work inda gym a bit boring and for the wrists same thing as knees flex ur wrists one way 5 time then the other but slowly. If u wnt to strenghten ur wrists get those handle things that u see body builders use that u crunch together but only work towards 5 or ten widis at first and then 25 cos it will make ur forearms ache otherwise and unless ur training to be the punisher or amir khan only excercise every other day so u can recover oh and if u wnto burn extra calories try having a hot bath cage fighters go through an intense stage heat training where they have really hot bathes and champion boxers do it b4 a fight if u wnto pick up some tips try watching rocky 3 and or 4 i knw it sounds silly and lets be honest jus a tad gay but it will giv u some ideas how do u think i got into it by experimenting wid 1 arms press ups at the age of 12 arnold swartzenegger started cos he wnted to be like the marvel comic heroes ricky hatton.developed his super.
