On behalf of Maj. Gen. Neil Loidolt, 34th Infantry Division Commander and Col. Scott St. Sauver, the Camp Ripley Garrison Commander along with the staff and employees of Camp Ripley, we would like to thank to Mr. Alberto Fierro, Consul General of Mexico in St. Paul and Norwegian Col. Bjornar Lunde, Assistant Defense Attaché for the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. for their visit to Camp Ripley. Following an information presentation by Col St. Sauver, Mr. Fierro attended the Hispanic Heritage event hosted by the Minnesota National Guard at the Hanger Conference Center. Col. Lunde joined family, friends and members of the Minnesota National Guar for the Court of Honor memorialization and the unveiling of the 99th Infantry Battalion (Separate) monument over the weekend.
