Pickled beans. 2LBS beans , 3 cups white vinegar,2 table pickling salt. 2tbls dried dill or 2 sprigs of dill 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 cloves of garlic. A few red pepper flakes to each jar. Clean and trim beans, cook beans for 3minutes in boiling water. Drain and set aside. In big pot mix vinegar,water and salt ring to oil. Place garlic, pepper and dill to jars,place beans in jar so they are tight leave little room atop of each jar add oiled liquid. Place in boiling water bath 10 minutes. I boiled the lids and jar before filling.
