REMINDER Thursday 20th June Scuba Zone Dive Clinic Night and Pizza and Beer!! Please let us know if you are coming :) Diving in the UK Clinic – Useful tips and information to help you enjoy UK diving to the full. Scuba Zone Dive Club will be running a UK Diving Clinic in store on Thursday 20th June starting at 6.30pm. The Clinic will cover useful tips and topics covering the following fields; · Risks and Hazards · Tides and visibility · Dive Planning / Gas management · Kit configuration and easy kit donning tips · Tidy diving techniques and useful knots · Descending techniques using shot lines and free descents · Ascending techniques using shots and launching DSMB’s Ever felt stressed before, during or after your dive due to poor dive planning, techniques or kit? I think that we have all experienced dives like this! The purpose of this Clinic night is to further your diving knowledge, skill and techniques to ensure that you enjoy your dives to the full. This is not a course but an information session, which will be run by Toby and Richard as well as many of the Scuba Zone staff who have gained immense experience in UK diving over the years. It will give you the unique opportunity to learn new tips and techniques that we have learnt over many years of trial and error. The session is open to all levels of divers and is run on a informal basis. We also invite you all to bring along your diving kit to the Clinic so that we can look at your configuration to ensure that items are in the best place for you. During the night you can discuss personal issues you may have during your dives and we will try to offer you our suggestions to resolve the problem. The cost for the Clinic is £20pp; this includes the Clinic, Pizza and beer or soft drink. Spaces are limited and are a first come basis.
