Regardless of this video, how does this justify him being shot down like an animal in the street? Yes he was in the wrong for handling the clerk like that but there is no comparison in the way the cop responded. Also the cop never once mentioned anything about the robbery. The eye witness even stated his initial dialogue was Get the Fux on the sidewalk! Why would someone investigating a robbery tell them to get on the side walk? Even if he was investigating, why werent any Miranda Rights used ? Oh yeah, maybe becase he shot him down like a dog before he could arrest him, thats why! You cannot convince me this guy was armed or the cop was threatened! How in the hell can you shoot someone in the FACE and CHEST who had their hands up surrendering??? Yes you can scream racism but come on now we live with racism everyday, and it will never go away! The true matter of this is POLICE BRUTALITY especially against MINORITIES!
