Solidarity is our greatest weapon! And, sometimes people let ego get in the way of effectiveness. (This isnt true for many people but it is for some). We hope that at some point people stop making plans to get arrested and instead start making plans to actually shut down the infrastructure of industrial racism, genocide, misogyny, and ecocide - maybe without getting arrested, as it has been said (in a quote in Endgame Vol II) that it would take far less than a dozen super-smart hackers to shut it all down. Racist systems can only produce racist results. The lack of indictment towards authorities who gun down unarmed People of Color is a flaming example of white organizational culture and Internalized racial superiority. We must organize for structural anti-racist change. Solidarity to all those holding it down for weeks and folks making humble sacrifices to show up and stand up. Less solidarity for folks just in for their arrest photo op. Most places in the world, where people are seriously challenging power, people dont make arrests the goal of their actions.
