Where are you gonna get a bugdet to cover their salaries , allowances and security expenses ? Where is your economic degree teachings ? You told us that youll appoint a small, strong and capable cabinet ministers. Wheres that promise ? Puntland only needs maximum of 12 ministers, there is no need for Wasiir kuxigeen and Wasiiru Dawle as they do nothing. Rather Puntland needs Directors to fulfill operations where ministers create policies and overseas those policies to be implemented fully, plan future programmes for 5-10, 15 years that will be useful in congestion with local needs. The population of Puntland state of Somalia is just over 2 million.
